SokaLens privacy overview
Draft technical privacy notice, version 2026-08-05. Professional legal review is required before production launch.
The public web frontend reads prepared SokaLens content and does not call external football providers directly.
Football content
Teams, leagues, matches, predictions, and search results are presented as public football content with freshness indicators where available.
Accounts and personalization
Profiles, favorites, alerts, subscriptions, sessions, and preferences are handled by first-party account services. Private account pages are not indexed, and access decisions are made by the server rather than browser-only flags.
Recommendation activity
When personalization is enabled, SokaLens records limited first-party events such as pages opened, searches, saved predictions, favorites, recommendation feedback, and notification opens. It does not require invasive cross-device tracking, and users can disable or reset their recommendation profile.
Guest access and abuse signals
Signed first-party visitor and session identifiers support rolling guest limits. Coarse network, device, rate, and behavior signals may be used for risk scoring, but no single weak signal is treated as proof of identity or permanent abuse.
Advertising and restrictions
Advertising placements wait for a server-side account and entitlement decision. Pro ad suppression is applied only when the server confirms the relevant capability.
