Terms
SokaLens terms of use
Draft technical policy, version 2026-08-05. It requires review by a qualified lawyer familiar with Kenyan law, consumer and data-protection law, international subscriptions, betting-related content, and payment-provider rules before production launch.
These terms describe how the public web experience frames football predictions, odds context, and match intelligence.
Information only
SokaLens content is informational. It should not be used as financial advice or as a claim that a match outcome is certain.
Data freshness
Fixture, prediction, and price context can change. Pages should show freshness indicators where available.
Account features
Pro, alerts, and watchlist features depend on account and subscription availability in each supported region.
Prediction disclaimer
Predictions are probabilistic estimates. They do not guarantee a result, profit, successful bet, or financial outcome. Pro adds depth, convenience, personalization, and alerts—not certainty.
Subscription terms
Monthly and yearly Pro plans renew automatically unless renewal is cancelled. The payment provider’s verified billing-period timestamps are authoritative for start, renewal, and expiry.
Cancellation at period end
Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal. Pro access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period and then returns to Basic. Mid-cycle plan changes are not currently supported.
Refund policy
Payments are generally non-refundable after purchase, with no prorated refund for unused time. Exceptions required by law, provider rules, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or documented billing errors remain available.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
A verified dispute may temporarily suspend Pro access while it is reviewed. SokaLens preserves billing and audit evidence and does not automatically delete an account because a dispute is opened.
Abuse and access restrictions
Access may be limited or suspended for fraud, abuse, legal requirements, provider instructions, or material Terms violations. Automated risk signals are reviewed progressively and are not treated as conclusive identity.
